TechWeave Group ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our WhatsApp AI Assistant ("the Service").

2. Information We Collect

We process data in two distinct categories:

Ephemeral Conversation Data:

The raw content of your messages (text, media, and audio) is processed in real-time to generate responses.

Extracted Business Data:

We extract specific, relevant details from the conversation (such as your name, appointment time, inquiry type, or contact details) to update our records.

3. Data Storage & Residency (Singapore)

Location:

All critical business data and customer records are securely stored on servers located within Singapore.

CRM Storage:

Only the "Extracted Business Data" is saved permanently in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Raw Chat Logs:

We practice Data Minimization. We do not store your full raw conversation history long-term. Once the relevant business information is extracted and saved to our CRM, the raw chat logs are discarded or anonymized, except for a temporary caching period required for technical processing.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

  • Provide automated support via our AI assistant.
  • Schedule appointments and update your status in our records.
  • Process specific inquiries you initiate.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is processed by the following trusted providers:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): To transmit messages.
  • AI Model Providers: To generate responses (processed statelessly where possible).
  • n8n (Workflow Automation): To execute the logic and data extraction.

6. Your Rights

You may request to see what "Extracted Business Data" we hold about you or request its deletion at any time by contacting us.
